If you haven’t heard of Eat Street Northshore than we would love to know what rock you have been living under. Eat Street is a beautiful consolidation of local food trucks and stores coming together to provide an energetic, relaxing and fun atmosphere with a plethora of food and drinks available, in fact, over 70 different vendors available.
With its colourful lights and shipping container industrial style it’s no wonder it’s fast becoming the go to place for a good night out in Brisbane and one that will satisfy your tastes buds but not your waist line.
EVENTS AT EAT STREET MARKETS BRISBANE
Did you know they now offer several function and event spaces? No? Neither did we until we received a request to photograph a 21st birthday party at their Riverdeck event space, located right on the Brisbane River. Here we were jumping and up and down with excitement thinking “this is going to be a fun event with lots of food and a great atmosphere”.
Before we get into the details of what Eat Street has to offer for your next event or party, let’s quickly talk about the photography and videography from our head photographer Jon. Our client was after photographs of her 21st birthday party with guests from family and also of her friends. Documenting and photographing this party required a good mix of candid party photographs which generally involves lots of laughter, smiling, hugging and also speeches where we document the love and joy in the air. This photojournalistic style is also met with a commercial aesthetic which often produces beautiful photographs for our clients which they get to treasure for a life time. We are privileged to witness and listen in on some beautiful stories of their life and hear wonderful words about the guest of honor and pay homage to this through our event photography.

VENUES FOR YOUR PARTY AT EAT STREET NORTHSHORE
RIVERDECK
A beautiful space located right on the Brisbane River, this event space offers up to 120 guests standing, with prices varying for 4 hours hire from $690 for 49 guests and $890 up to 120 guests. They also offer a personalized butler service and you can add as many of them as you wish for an additional $50 per hour. With its red container walls and beautiful ambient lighting this is by far a favourite of ours to photograph in.
THE BOAT HOUSE
This event space has a beautiful ceiling with fairy light chandelier giving it a beautiful golden ambient hue to the venue, mixed with green astro turf. The Boat House at Eat Street allows for 100 guests standing and only costs $690 for 4 hours.

Overall we were highly impressed with the service, venue and location and would highly recommend this venue if you’re looking at booking a party.
